The Nebraska Cannabis Association (NCA) is a coalition of businesses and individuals dedicated to a robust cannabis market in Nebraska. Our focus is on lobbying, policy advising, and entrepreneurial support for our members.

The Nebraska Cannabis Association (NCA) is a diverse group of professionals who are passionate about the emerging cannabis industry in Nebraska. Our goal is to affect the industry by lobbying for sensible rules and regulations, and supporting our members to be successful in this new arena.
What We Do
Lobbying
The NCA is a lobbying coalition who works with the legislature and rule-making bodies to influence policy. We believe that sensible regulations will lead to a healthy marketplace, and we provide regulators with insight to steward the healthy development of this new industry.
Networking
At the NCA, we provide a place for cannabis entrepreneurs, and those who support them, to gather and network and learn from one another. Regular events are held to support our members to begin building a new community which will work together to create this new emerging marketplace.
